What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal (Mastercard / VISA / Maestro / EC-Card / Giropay) as well as EU Standard Bank-Transfers. As soon as we have received the payment the order will be shipped.
Customers without a PayPal account will have the option to set up an account with PayPal while going through the payment process. You do not need to create a PayPal account if you choose not to.
How do you ship?
Your order will be shipped double-boxed to prevent damages to the original box. Shoes will be shipped insured via FedEx (Europe) and DHL or FedEx (worldwide) within 24 hours after payment is received. We ship daily, from Monday to Saturday. How long does it take to receive my order?
That depends on your location. Shipping within Europe normally takes 2-4 working days. Worldwide shipping normally takes 3-5 working days with FedEx and up to 21 days with DHL (depending on the destination country). Please find a detailled and complete overview here.

Our shop is located in the Haendelstrasse 41 in Cologne, Germany. Whenever you are in Cologne please come and visit us.
Is it possible to return shoes?
We accept returns from customers located in the EU. All items purchased can only be returned in brand new condition with the original box, packaging and all applicable accessories (original laces, bag, retro card etc.). The return must be requested within 14 days from the day the shoes are delivered to you. Returns must be sent with correct postage within 14 days your request has been approved.
Are your products authentic?
Definitely yes! We only sell authentic shoes. No variants or fakes. We are a licensed retailer for all the brands we carry and we only sell their original products.
